had a hard time with this review. The beads are beautiful, service is Great. The problem , I ordered 5 mm and received 4 1/2 mm. I didn't complain cause the beads are BEAUTIFUL! I'm keeping them . but not what I ordered. still love this shop, even their mistakes are wonderful.
